The XMG2230 Series is designed with superior network resiliency in mind, featuring dual power sources: an internal AC input as the primary source and an optional DC input for connection to an external DC power system. This active-standby power redundancy enables automatic switchover to backup power if the main AC source fails. The dual power design helps prevent unexpected outages and ensures stable, 24/7 connectivity.

The XMG2230-28HP supports PoE++ on all ports. The series provides adaptive PoE power budget with either internal AC power 700W or external DC power system 1440W.
