Qoltec Patchcord fiber optic SC / UPC-LC / UPC | SM | 9/125 | G652D | 1m
Description:
Fiber optic patchcord is used in networks such as LAN, WAN, CCTV, and telephone systems, e.g., in offices, homes, or industry. Fiber optic cabling is characterized by resistance to electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, reliability, operational safety due to the absence of sparking and voltage, as well as high information capacity of each individual fiber. It should also be taken into account that fiber optic patchcords enable signal transmission over long distances due to low losses in the optical fiber, make eavesdropping on data transmission more difficult, and also generate low and continuously decreasing costs.
Patchcord diagram
- Fiber optic cable: tight buffer tube construction with G652D standard with aramid fiber as reinforcement, which is characterized by high strength, flexibility, energy absorption, thermal resistance, and light weight, as well as a 3.0 mm outer non-flammable cable sheath (LSZH), which does not emit harmful gases during fire.
- Termination: SC/UPC LC/UPC connectors.
