How to connect Lifepo4 batteries correctly?
Our LiFePO4 batteries can be connected in series and parallel. The only condition to be fulfilled in order not to damage the battery is to use a battery with the same voltage, capacity and degree of wear. If you want to increase the voltage, you must connect the battery in series, i.e. (+) with (-). If we want to increase capacity, we connect in parallel (+) with (+) and (-) with (-). A maximum of 4 batteries can be connected together. So, for example, connecting in parallel four batteries with a capacity of 150Ah and a voltage of 12.8V will increase the capacity to 600Ah and the voltage will remain the same at 12.8V, in the case of a series connection, the voltages will add up to 51.2V and the capacity will remain the same at 150Ah.
