The KIOXIA CD8P-R Series are NVMe SSDs designed for read-intensive data center applications, optimized to support a wide range of scalable cloud applications, including big data/IoT, online transaction processing, and virtualization. Equipped with a PCIe 5.0 interface (32 GT/s x4), the CD8P-R Series SSDs deliver consistent performance of up to 2,000K IOPS (random read) and 200K IOPS (random write), while also providing 60%-80% higher sequential read performance compared to the previous-generation PCIe 4.0 SSDs (KIOXIA CD8-R Series).

Powered by KIOXIA Corporations 5th-generation TLC BiCS FLASH memory, the CD8P-R SSDs offer endurance of 1 DWPD (Drive Writes Per Day) and capacities of up to 30.72 TB in a 2.5-inch form factor, making them ideal for hyperscale data center deployments.
