Smart Dual Light
Dahua Smart Dual Light technology uses an intelligent algorithm to detect objects. Infrared (IR) lighting is typically active at night. When an object enters the monitoring zone, white light turns on, and the camera records color video and key event information. This means the camera combines the snapshot and video recording into a full-color image. When the object leaves the monitoring area, the white light turns off and the IR light turns back on, effectively reducing light pollution.
Human Detection
Dahua’s intelligent algorithms analyze video footage to detect moving people and filter out alarms triggered by other, irrelevant objects. This increases the accuracy and effectiveness of the alarm system.
Smart H.265+ and Smart H.264+
Using an advanced, scene-adaptive bitrate control algorithm, Dahua’s intelligent coding technology achieves higher coding efficiency than the H.265 and H.264 standards. It ensures high image quality while reducing data storage and transmission costs.
Image Flip
For narrow and elongated scenes, Dahua’s image flip technology allows the image to be rotated by 90°, 180°, or 270°, allowing for improved monitoring in pan or tilt mode.
