LP-EL Battery 7C002

The LP-EL battery is designed for high-performance flash operation. It stores a large amount of energy and delivers the high current needed for fast charging of the Speedlite EL-1 and rapid shooting sequences. The battery can be charged using the standard LC-E6 / LC-E6E charger, supplied with many EOS cameras. The LP-EL also incorporates electronic circuits that allow the Speedlite EL-1 to indicate the exact charge level, helping users know when to replace or recharge the battery. The LP-EL can deliver hundreds of full-power flashes on a single charge, with an estimated lifespan of approximately 300 charge/discharge cycles.
