FULLY AUTOMATIC SYSTEM
This is a fully automatic turntable, meaning virtually all operation is reduced to placing a vinyl record on the platter and pressing the start button. The device then activates a mechanism that moves the tonearm from its resting position to the position where the record begins playing. The turntable supports both 12″ long-playing records and 7″ singles. Before starting playback, set the record size selector on the turntable’s main panel to the appropriate position. When the record ends, the tonearm will automatically raise and return to its resting position. Unless the repeat function is activated using the REPEAT button on the control panel, in which case the tonearm will return to its original position and begin playing the record again.
BELT DRIVE
The VT100 is equipped with a belt drive a classic and proven method of transferring torque from a low-speed motor to the turntable. A key advantage of this solution is its quiet operation and relatively low operating costs the belt itself requires replacement every few years or when an audible change in rotational speed occurs.
TWO PLAYBACK SPEEDS
This model supports two playback speeds 33 1/3 and 45 rpm. Speed changes are made using a dedicated switch on the control panel.
