KVM USB True 4K HDMI HDBaseT 3.0 Extender (4K@100m) CE840
The CE840 KVM USB True 4K HDMI HDBaseT 3.0 Extender utilizes the latest HDBaseT 3.0 technology and consists of a local unit and a remote unit, allowing transmission of uncompressed True 4K HDMI, audio, RS232, Ethernet, and USB signals over a distance of 100 m using a single Cat 6A cable (ATEN 2L-2920 Cat 6A recommended) or higher. The installation is easy, neat, and cost-effective, without compromising high-quality AV content distribution. The CE840 supports two consoles via dual USB ports for connecting a USB keyboard and mouse, with buttons to switch the USB control console between the remote and local ends. Front-panel LEDs indicate the currently active USB control mode. Additionally, each unit includes an HDMI output for local control and two USB 2.0 ports for connecting USB peripherals. As a result, operators can access data and manage equipment from a single location, even over long distances.
The CE840 delivers excellent uncompressed AV performance with zero latency. In addition to supporting HDR10+, the extender can transmit video signals up to True 4K (3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz 4:4:4 and 4096 x 2160 @ 60 Hz 4:4:4) over 100 m. The extender also supports independent stereo and HDMI audio, including LPCM 7.1CH, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus, and DTS-HD Master Audio formats.
The CE840 is ideal for medium- and large-scale applications requiring uncompressed AV signal extension, control, and remote access, including factories, warehouses, data centers, as well as medical and healthcare applications, where precise visualization and accurate reproduction are critical.
