Easy-to-use PDU with per-outlet metering and switching functionality – model EPDU2216SMBO – provides advanced power monitoring and control at the individual outlet level, supporting critical IT infrastructure.
The NMC3 network management card offers enhanced cybersecurity with secure interfaces and an updated password policy. The PDU integrates with the EcoStruxure IT platform via the NMC3 card and can be operated and configured through a web interface, SNMP, and command-line interface (CLI).
The EPDU2216SMBO model is designed for three-phase applications up to 11 kW, meeting industry standards for 1% measurement accuracy. It is equipped with an IEC 60309 32A 3P+N+PE plug, eighteen IEC C13 outlets, and six IEC C19 outlets.
The ultra-light aluminum housing provides up to 50% weight reduction, and the device also features environmental monitoring capabilities and an improved display module. Vertical mounting options allow installation in a rack or enclosure in 0U space without occupying valuable rack space.
The device is designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -5°C to +50°C and comes with a standard 2-year warranty. Users can remotely manage outlets-turning off unused ones to prevent overloads or rebooting locked devices to minimize costly downtime and avoid physical access to equipment.
The PDU supports daisy-chaining of up to 4 units under a single IP address, reducing network costs. External environmental monitoring ports are also available (sensor sold separately) for measuring temperature and humidity.
