Up to 4 different USB devices can be connected. Maximum direct connection length is 60m. The connection is made through standard UTP cable category 5 / 5e / 6. The extension cable supports a USB 2.0 connection, which provides a transfer rate of up to 480 Mbps. We will find a power supply that will be needed when you want to increase performance or connect devices that require more power. The extension cord is Plug & Play and does not need any drivers. The diodes placed at the ports inform the user of the connection status. The USB bus limits the connection to 5 meters, and the specification only provides five times the signal strength of the repeater.
