The Qoltec hotel kit is designed to maximise the process of programming access cards for electric vehicle charging stations. The kit includes a high-quality EV card programmer, five cards ready to be written on, and a pendrive with dedicated software and instructions. This reduces the entire configuration process to a few simple steps – simply install the application available on the USB stick, connect the programmer and the device is ready for operation. The intuitive interface eliminates the risk of making mistakes and the card programming procedure itself takes just a few minutes. This solution allows quick expansion of access to stations for new users, without the need to contact the service centre or manufacturer.

Ready-made EV cards – from administrator to users

The Qoltec kit contains five EV cards, one of which must be programmed as an administrator card. It is with this card that charging rates can be set and the station fully configured. The other cards in the kit can be assigned to end users – hotel guests, company employees or customers using the car park. This separation of roles guarantees security and convenience of use: the administrator has full control over the system, while users are given quick and easy access to the charging stations. Each card is ready to be programmed using the included programmer and software on a memory stick, making system implementation just a few minutes.

• Limit on the number of charges,
• kWh limit,
• Limit on the amount spent on charging. 

With the history of each card, the administrator can easily recreate the settings in the event of a system failure. This approach increases not only the level of security, but also the efficiency of charging infrastructure management.
