The Intellinet Network Solutions 10GBase-T to 10GBase-R media converter offers network designers a device for migrating from copper-based Ethernet to fiber-optic Ethernet. Now, migration or expansion of existing networks can be achieved with minimal cost and complexity. The converter is completely transparent to the network, so the network works exactly as before, except that it now supports both copper and fiber optic media. And with a super-fast 10Gbps connection, network speeds remain constant, enabling high-bandwidth data transfers.
