The Cudy MC100GSA-20 fibre media converter is a fibre optic converter that has a 1Gbps SC input and supports half-duplex or full-duplex modes. It is compatible with 10Base-T, 100Base-TX and 1000Base-T Ethernet networks and operates over distances up to 20km. The converter has 2 ports: 1 SC fibre port and 1 RJ-45 Ethernet port, and is powered by an external DC 52V / 0.58A power supply. PoE power supply 30W

The fibre to cable ethernet media converter is a device that is used to transfer data between computers or servers via optical fibre. It is powered by an external DC 5 V/1 A power supply and has 2 ports: 1 SC fibre optic port and 1 RJ-45 Ethernet port.The fibre optic media converter works as follows:

First connect the RJ-45 Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port of the device, then connect the other end of the cable to the computer or server. Next, connect the SC fibre optic cable to the fibre port of the device, and connect the other end of the same cable to the fibre slot on the second media converter.
