Gallium nitride MOSFETs are the power source of the Thor power unit. Offering lower switching losses and improved efficiency compared to conventional silicon transistors, GaN FETs allow the Thor 1600W power supply to deliver massive amounts of current without unnecessary energy waste.
80 Plus Titanium certification

ROG heatsinks
Integrated ROG heatsinks have twice the surface area of conventional designs, resulting in 20% lower temperatures inside the power supply unit. As a result, the life of the components is extended.
PWN 135 mm fan
The Axial-tech PWM fan drives 21% more air and requires a lower RPM to cool critical components. Because Thor is designed from the ground up to stay cool, the fan turns off completely when the power supply load is 50% or less.
Lambda A++ certification
Cooling improvements to the Thor Titanium deliver the low Lambda A++ noise levels desired by users. This confirms that the latest versions of these power units offer enormous power while being almost inaudible.
